Rental Agreement
Visitors will be asked to sign only a standard rental agreement. Payment of a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold the property.
Checkout Times
Checkout times must be strictly adhered to since the Vacation Home is usually booked solid during the summer months. A maid is brought in to clean during the four hours left between renters.
Privacy Statement
The information collected on this site, and with all correspondence and financial transactions, will only be used for property rental. It will not be sold or otherwise shared with parties outside of Earle Moote Rentals.
