Thank you for your recent inquiry about the lakeside vacation home described on www.apple-canyon.com. I am now taking reservations for the 2007 season. This beautiful home is now available for booking for the spring and summer seasons.

I know you will enjoy your stay at your own "home away from home" in this well-appointed lakeside retreat at beautiful Apple Canyon Lake in the heart of Jo Daviess County. The historic towns of Galena, Stockton, Elizabeth and Warren are only minutes away. Trips to Southwest Wisconsin's beautiful and historic communities of Mineral Point, Shullsburg, Dodgeville, and Spring Green are within easy reach by car.

This four bedroom, four bath, Lakeside Home is fully furnished with a thoroughly-equipped, full size kitchen. Two queen beds, two full beds, loveseat, full couch, woodburning stove, outdoor whirlpool, and fireplace all allow comfortable accommodations for families or small groups. All amenities available to Apple Canyon Lake homeowners are available to you during your stay.

These amenities include:

  • A 9-hole golf course overlooking the picturesque rolling hills of central Jo Daviess County
  • Swimming pool (summer season)
  • Swimming beach
  • Tennis courts
  • Access to boat rentals for fishing.

Or you may simply enjoy a relaxing cruise over the waters of the serene Apple Canyon Lake a getway that your family and friends will remember for years to come. Please contact me for rentals of less than one week.

The 2007 weekly rates for the Lakeside Home are:

  • Weekly rates apply from June 1st to Sept 15th.
  • The rental rate is $1400 per week.
  • The week starts from Saturday 4:00 p.m. and continues to the following Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
  • Weekly rates in the off season are $1000 per week.
  • Weekend rates are $450 to $550 depending on the number of guests.
